What is Pagestro?
Pagestro is one workspace for the documents a small business sends: PDF and image tools, contract templates with e-signatures, invoices, QR codes, short links and an email builder.
Is Pagestro free?
Yes. Every PDF, image and conversion tool is free, along with contract templates and self-signing. A free account also gets a monthly allowance of signature requests and invoices, and a few dynamic QR codes and short links. The pricing page lists each limit. Paid plans add more volume and automation.
Are my files uploaded when I use the PDF tools?
No. PDF and image tools run in your browser on your own device. Files are only stored if you save a document to your account.
Are electronic signatures recognised by law?
Yes, for most agreements. Electronic signatures are recognised under the ESIGN Act and UETA in the US, eIDAS in the EU and similar laws in many other countries. Pagestro signatures are simple electronic signatures with an audit trail and a completion certificate. Some documents, such as wills, many family law papers and anything that needs a notary, still need ink. See pagestro.com/security. This isn’t legal advice.
Can my clients pay invoices online?
Yes. Every invoice you send has a link your client can open, download and pay from, using the payment link you add.
Does Pagestro use AI?
No. Pagestro does not use AI on your documents and never uses them to train models. OCR, which reads text from scans, runs in your browser, so your pages are not uploaded (our Security page names the open-source recognizers it uses). On the Pro and Business plans you can choose to connect your own assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Can I use Pagestro with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. On the Pro and Business plans you can connect your own assistant through our API (an MCP server) to send invoices, request signatures on your contracts, design emails and make QR codes in your account. The assistant is run by its own company under its own terms, and it can only do what your API key allows.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing in your account. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
