1.Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website at pagestro.com (“Site”) and the online file utilities, PDF editor, and tools offered by Pagestro (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms govern all access to and use of our Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our website.

Pagestro is provided by Sigma Studio, the trading name of MD Rakib Shekh, a sole proprietor in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2.Eligibility & usage

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content, text, signatures, and images that you upload, compile, or distribute using our workspace. You must not upload any malicious code, automated bots, copyrighted material without authorization, or illegal content.

3.Free plan & fair use

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details. It includes the features listed for it on our pricing page, within the limits shown there.

Every plan, including features described as unlimited, is for normal personal or business use. You may not use scripts or bots to drive the tools in bulk, resell access, create several accounts to get around a limit, or use Pagestro in a way that harms the service or other people. If use goes well beyond normal, we may slow it down, limit it or contact you.

We keep improving Pagestro and may change or remove free features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel.

4.Subscriptions & billing

Who you pay: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) are sold through Paddle: you buy the subscription from Paddle, which takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where required and sends your receipts and invoices. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase alongside these Terms. We never see your full card details.

Prices and trials: Prices are on our pricing page, and Paddle shows the final amount, including tax, before you pay. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial: you add a payment method at checkout and are charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically every month or year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel. You authorise Paddle to charge your payment method at each renewal. If a payment fails, Paddle will try again; if it still can’t be collected, your account may move to the Free plan.

Cancelling: You can cancel anytime from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Changing plans: Upgrades start right away, and you pay the prorated difference at that time. Moving to a smaller plan or a shorter billing term isn’t refunded to your card; Paddle takes the unused value of your current plan off your next payments.

Price changes: We may change our prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from a renewal date, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you don’t want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.

5.Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy. In short: we refund the first payment of a new subscription if you ask within 14 days, we always refund charges made by mistake, and renewals aren’t refunded unless the law requires it. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland described in that policy.

6.Team seats (Business plan)

The Business plan includes a set number of team seats, shown on the pricing page and included in the price. The person who pays for the plan (the team owner) can invite people to fill those seats. Each member uses their own Pagestro account and gets the plan’s features while they hold a seat; usage limits apply to each person separately.

The team owner and team admins can invite and remove members. Signature requests, sent invoices, QR codes and short links of every member are visible to the whole team; drafts saved in Documents stay private to their author. The team owner is responsible for who they invite and for how the team uses Pagestro.

If the owner cancels, moves to a plan without seats, removes a member or disbands the team, members lose the team’s paid features. Their accounts and their own documents stay.

7.E-signatures & contract templates

Pagestro lets you sign documents and ask others to sign them electronically, and keeps an audit trail of each signature (signer name, email, time, IP address and device). Electronic signatures are generally recognised in many countries, for example under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and the EU eIDAS Regulation. Some documents still need a handwritten signature, witnesses, a notary or a qualified electronic signature, and rules differ by country and document type.

Signature requests you send, with their audit trail and signed copy, are kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, we keep them until 7 years after each request ended (it was completed, declined, cancelled or expired) and then delete them, because they are the evidence for you and the people who signed. Until then these records stay with your name and email on them but are no longer linked to an account, and any request still waiting for signatures is cancelled. See the Privacy policy.

We can’t promise that a particular document or signature will be accepted or enforceable. You’re responsible for checking that electronic signing suits your document and your situation.

Our contract templates are general starting points, not legal advice, and Pagestro is not a law firm. For anything important, ask a qualified lawyer to review your document.

8.Intellectual property rights

Your Files: We claim zero ownership or copyright over the documents, text, images, or signatures you upload or compile. Your files remain your property.

Our Software: The code, UI designs, animations, logos, and trademarks of Pagestro are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our online software for personal or business operations.

9.Your responsibility for your content

You are responsible for what you upload, send, link to, publish or agree to with Pagestro, including documents you send for signature, invoices you send (with any payment details or links you add to them), and the pages, short links and QR codes you create. To the extent the law allows, you alone are responsible for your content and for everything you do with Pagestro: whether it is true, whether it is legal, whether you have the right to use it, and how it is used or relied on by the people you send it to.

Pagestro is a tool provider. We provide software and hosting. We are not a party to any agreement you make, any document you send or sign, any invoice or payment, or any dispute between you and another person, including your customers, clients, signers, recipients and anyone who opens your links or scans your codes. We do not write or approve your content. The automatic safety checks described in “Acceptable use” look for known harmful links and active content only; passing them does not mean we have reviewed, verified or approved anything. To the extent the law allows, any breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, non-payment, privacy problem or other legal issue that comes from your content or your use of Pagestro is a matter between you and the person affected. Apart from keeping the signing record and meeting our own duties under data protection law (see the Privacy policy and DPA), we are not involved in it, and we have no duty to settle it, pay for it or take sides.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend us, cover us and keep us free from loss (this is called an indemnity), including our reasonable legal costs, against claims, losses and demands from other people or authorities that come from: your content or anything you upload, send, link to or publish; invoices you send and the payment details or links you add to them; documents you send for signature; your dealings with other people through or because of Pagestro; or your breach of these Terms or of the law. We will tell you about the claim promptly, and you agree to help us deal with it. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and it does not take away rights you have as a consumer.

If you use Pagestro as a consumer, you are responsible for loss you cause by breaking these Terms or the law, and the indemnity above applies only to that; we remain responsible for loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

11.Assistants and the API

On the Pro and Business plans you can connect an assistant app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or use an API key to work with your Pagestro account. Anything done in your account through a connected assistant or an API key, including sending invoices and signature requests, counts as done by you, and you are responsible for it as if you had done it yourself. Your plan’s limits and these Terms, including “Acceptable use”, apply in the same way. The assistant is run by its own provider under that provider’s terms; we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for what it writes or decides. You can disconnect an assistant or revoke an API key at any time in Account › API & MCP. We may suspend or revoke API or assistant access if it is used in breach of these Terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is no longer included in your plan.

13.Account termination

You can stop using Pagestro at any time. To close your account, cancel any paid subscription in Billing, then delete the account in Settings → Profile. Deleting your account removes your saved documents, so download anything you need first. The exception is signature requests you have sent, which we keep as described in “E-signatures & contract templates”.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we’ll refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.

14.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) ANY SYSTEM DOWN-TIME OR FILE UPLOAD ERRORS; OR (III) ANY MODIFICATIONS OR TEMPORARY REMOVAL OF UTILITY TOOLS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, AND (B) USD 100.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, AS BETWEEN YOU AND US, YOU ALONE ARE LIABLE FOR ALL YOUR ACTIONS AND FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO WITH OR THROUGH PAGESTRO, INCLUDING THE CONTENT YOU CREATE, UPLOAD, SEND, SIGN OR PUBLISH AND ANY LOSS, CLAIM OR DISPUTE THAT COMES FROM IT, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF IT. IF YOU USE PAGESTRO AS A CONSUMER, THIS PARAGRAPH DOES NOT LIMIT OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS CAUSED BY OUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR OUR FAILURE TO USE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not let us limit or exclude, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you use Pagestro as a consumer, you keep the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws where you live.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or with a notice in Pagestro at least 14 days before it applies. For paid plans, a material change applies from your next renewal. Other changes apply when we publish them, and the “Last updated” date at the top changes.

If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it applies and stop using Pagestro. Using Pagestro after the change applies means you accept it. A change that affects prices follows the notice rules in “Subscriptions & billing”.

16.Governing law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, have jurisdiction. If you use Pagestro as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
