How does the current offer work?
You get 50% off your first 3 months on Starter, Pro or Business with monthly billing. It's applied for you when you start from this page (code LAUNCH50). The 7-day free trial comes first, so the discount starts with your first payment. After that you pay the regular price. It's for new subscriptions and ends on December 31, 2026.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with no time limit. Every PDF, image and conversion tool, every contract template and self-signing are free. A free account adds a monthly allowance of signature requests and invoices, plus a few dynamic QR codes and short links; “Free, forever” on this page lists each limit. You don’t need a credit card.
Do I need an account to use the PDF tools?
No. The PDF, image and conversion tools work without an account, and they run in your browser, so your files are not uploaded.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 7 days free. You add a payment method at checkout and are only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens when I change plans?
An upgrade starts right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, isn’t refunded to your card: Paddle takes the unused value of your current plan off your next payments.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, monthly or yearly. Renewals aren’t refunded unless the law requires it, but you can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the period ends. Charges made by mistake are always refunded. Read our refund policy for the details.
Who handles payment and tax?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle runs the secure checkout, adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it, and emails your receipt. We never see your full card details.
Where do I find my invoices?
In Billing in your account. It lists every payment, and you can download each invoice as a PDF.
